What counts as an AI question?
Each end-user message the assistant answers counts as one question — whether it arrives via the widget, the Slack or Discord bot, the Chat API, or the dashboard Ask section. Follow-up messages in the same conversation each count as a question. Search API queries and preview runs do not count.
Can I connect multiple knowledge sources to one knowledge base?
Yes. A single knowledge base can include a crawled docs site, a GitHub repo, a Notion workspace, and a Confluence space simultaneously. All sources are unified into one queryable index.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
How does annual billing work?
With annual billing, Pro is $79/month instead of $99/month — saving $240 per year. Enterprise annual discounts are negotiated per contract.
What happens when I hit my question limit?
We notify you at 80% of your monthly limit; once you hit 100% new questions are rejected with a clear message until the quota resets on your billing date, or until you upgrade. Upgrading mid-month takes effect immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice on net-30 terms.
