How to set it up

Create an internal integration in Notion, then add a Notion source in Kelu and paste its token.

Share the pages and databases you want indexed with the integration (••• > Connections). Kelu only reads what you explicitly share.

The first sync starts right away. After that, Kelu re-syncs every 5 minutes to keep the index current.

Yes. Kelu indexes both Notion pages and database entries, including database properties such as tags, assignees, and status fields. This allows the AI to answer questions grounded in structured Notion database content.
Yes. You explicitly share pages and databases with your Notion integration under ••• > Connections. Kelu only reads the content you grant access to — it cannot access pages outside of what you share.
Not if you add the Notion source to an internal knowledge base. Its pages are then only answered on the Ask page and in internal tools, ensuring sensitive content never surfaces in public-facing chat widgets. In an external knowledge base, every page is public.
Kelu re-syncs Notion every 5 minutes, and pages that have not changed are not re-embedded. You can also click Sync Now in the Kelu dashboard after major updates to your Notion workspace.
