Make your Confluence wiki AI-queryable

What is Confluence?

Confluence is Atlassian's enterprise wiki and knowledge management platform. It is the primary documentation and knowledge-sharing tool for many large engineering and support organizations, hosting everything from architecture docs to HR policies.

Integration

How Kelu works with Confluence

Everything you can do once the integration is connected.

Confluence Cloud support

Kelu connects to Confluence Cloud with an Atlassian account email and API token.

Space and page tree indexing

Select specific Confluence spaces and page hierarchies to index. Kelu follows the page tree to capture all child pages.

Frequent and on-demand sync

Confluence re-syncs every 10 minutes, or click Sync Now in the Kelu dashboard whenever you make major updates to your Confluence space.

Restricted content handling

Add a Confluence source to an internal knowledge base and its pages are restricted: answered in Ask, the browser extension and internal MCP servers, never in public widgets.

Setup

How to set it up

  1. 01

Add a Confluence source in Kelu. Enter your Confluence Cloud workspace URL, the account email, and an API token.

  2. 02

Select the spaces and page trees you want to index. Large spaces are indexed in batches.

  3. 03

Click Next to test the connection, then Add source. For sensitive content, add the source to an internal knowledge base. Kelu re-syncs every 10 minutes.
